New Social Meetings Nook Category??

I just read Wine Lovers post for “Single Girlfriend - Nice guy 40+” and Perhaps the Nook might like to run a social category that people can place functions / meetings / Picture nights etc… Diner at the local pub etc… where nookers can socialize together.. Might sound abit risky, but I’d like to have a drink / go to the art gallery / perhaps a pizza in Lygon Street with a group of Nookers and friends.. What do other nookers think.. there must be others out there who would like an avenue to meet people??

well you just missed the big wine festivale down at the gurdies and the only turn up by the nook was the shadow but im in tell us more and we will come love a glass of red the big fella tours

I agree, a Nook movie day or restaurant night every so often would be great! I’d love to meet other Nookers, and I’m sure I can’t convince them all to visit me at work like I did with Theshadow…

I guess different days and times for meet-ups would be a good idea, and a few kid-friendly events for the parents of Nook (e.g. going to see a G or PG movie as a group could get us a discount?) And having such events in places easily accessed by public transport would make it easier for those like me without a car.
